How The Ranking Store Approaches Hiring and Agencies

When we approach hiring or an agency, we start with the work itself, not a pitch or a title. It tells us what the task actually is, which TRS software it belongs to, and what documented path already exists.

First, we identify the work in the language our site uses. Is it Google Sites work in G-Sites Launch? Is it backlink work in Backlink Factory? Is it calendar work in Calendar Stacker Factory or Calendar Cash? Is it local visibility work around GMB Mega Poster, GMB POI Factory, or Google High Authority Sheet & Folder Stacking? We do not begin with an outside description of the role. We begin with the named software or course that the work sits inside.

Next, we work through the published steps. We open the relevant TRS software and follow the Help Guide. For account work, we use the documented procedure for reauthorizing Google accounts in Software(s). We also use the training videos from Developer @Chris. That sequence matters because it keeps the conversation on the same path our own material describes, rather than on a separate agency deck or an improvised job description.

We then map responsibilities to the tools and courses we actually publish: AI Factory, Backlink Factory, Calendar Stacker Factory, GMB Mega Poster, GMB POI Factory, Google Sites Factory, Leads Factory, Mega Cloud Factory, and Ranking Factory Revolution v2, along with G-Sites Launch, Authority Quad Pro, and Calendar Cash. We keep the scope tied to the specific software and documented steps involved.

We do it this way because our own pages are the clearest record of what we do. That public material is the reference point. Hiring and agency conversations stay grounded in The Ranking Store’s own tools, courses, and help guide, so the work is described the same way it is published.
