Search is becoming AI answers.
We help you show up in them.
Traditional SEO works to rank your pages in a list of links. Entity marketing — the new “AI search”, or GEO, approach — works to make AI and Google understand your business well enough to include it in their answers. The Ranking Factory does the second.
It measures whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok and DeepSeek name and cite your business when people ask about what you do. It finds the evidence they are missing, publishes it to your own site and to Google’s properties, and checks on the next run whether citation improved.

What The Ranking Factory does
Most tools tell you what is wrong. The Ranking Factory finds what AI search is missing about you — and builds it.
AI Visibility Tracker
Tracks your brand across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok and DeepSeek — with an AI Visibility Score, share of voice against competitors, sentiment, and citation probability per engine. Rates are reported with 95% confidence intervals and the sample size behind them, and each run records which engines it measured. Runs on different engine sets are not plotted on one trend line.
Evidence Engine
The autonomous loop. It finds where AI and Google are missing your business, builds the evidence they look for, publishes it, and verifies on the next visibility run whether citation improved — every 3 hours on Enterprise, 4 on Agency, 6 on Growth, and on demand on Starter. It publishes by default and reports what it did; a review-before-publish setting holds every post for your approval if you prefer.
Site check and the GEO & Agent Readiness Audit
One address in, one prioritised list out — no keys or connections needed. It checks AI-crawler access as the actual bots (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, CCBot, Google-Extended), runs a JavaScript-rendering check that catches content Google can read and AI crawlers cannot, and inventories your schema. Every finding says what was found, why it matters, what to do, and who does it — the engine, a snippet you paste, or a developer.
Google AI Overview tracking
Whether Google’s AI Overview names you for the searches you choose — read from a live Google results page, not from a model API. Presence and citation are reported separately, alongside the sources the overview drew on instead. You get counts across several checks with the sample size, never a percentage from one reading. It is kept as its own surface and never folded into the AI Visibility score.
Publishing to your own site first
Gap-closing pages go to your own domain — WordPress, Ghost, or any webhook CMS — with machine-readable provenance on every page: drafted and published dates, linked sources, credited to your organisation. Google’s properties (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Blogger, Business Profile, Photos) act as supporting material. Announcements to LinkedIn and Google Business Profile stay off until you choose them.
Agent access (MCP)
A read-only MCP server over your own account, so an AI agent or an analyst’s own tooling can ask about your data instead of screenshotting a dashboard. Mint a scoped token in Settings, point any MCP client at it, and ask in plain language. Every rate arrives with the sample size behind it. Available on Growth and up, and included in the trial.
How the loop works
Five steps, one loop that keeps running for you.
- Find the gaps. It checks how AI answers questions about your market and finds where they name competitors instead of you.
- Pick what matters. It focuses on the gaps that matter most, so the most valuable work gets built first — not busywork.
- Build the evidence. It writes the missing answers, comparisons, tools and worked examples. Real and checkable — nothing made up. Unsourced comparative and superlative claims are blocked before publishing.
- Publish it. To your own site first, marked up so AI can read it, with Google’s properties as supporting material.
- Check it worked. It re-checks AI answers each run and flags when you start getting named — visible in your Entity Health and Timeline.
How the numbers are measured
AI answers are not deterministic, so every rate is reported with a 95% confidence range and the sample size behind it. Each prompt can be asked several times, and stability is reported separately from the rate. Every run records which engines it measured, and trends are never drawn across different engine sets. Every figure states the channel it was measured on — the engine’s API, which is not the same as Google AI Overviews or the ChatGPT app. Anything that could not be measured is shown as such, never as a zero.
No tool can promise citations, positions or timescales, and this one does not. Read the method.
Who it is for
- Businesses that want to be named and cited in AI answers when people ask about what they do.
- SEO and marketing agencies running many clients from one dashboard — isolated accounts, bulk scheduling, weekly intelligence reports, white-label reporting and a full audit trail.
- Consultants and resellers running a single client or a handful, with the work done automatically.
- In-house growth teams who need the measurement method and the sample sizes on the record, not a single score with nothing behind it.
Some fixes live on your own website and only you can make them — content that only appears after JavaScript runs, or a CDN blocking AI crawlers. The platform detects those and writes them up for you rather than pretending there is a button for it. Everything it hands you is labelled: we fix it, paste this, or needs a developer.
Plans and pricing
The Growth monthly plan includes a 14-day free trial. Other plans start right away — cancel anytime. Annual billing is ten months for twelve. If a trial ends or a subscription lapses, your account stays visible in read-only mode until you subscribe again rather than being deleted.

Prices shown in USD and correct at the time of writing. The pricing page is the authority. The parts that ask AI engines about you run on your own AI key and spend your own credit — Gemini’s free tier is enough to start, and the site audits need no key at all.

About Ranking Factory Revolution v2
Ranking Factory Revolution v2 was the Windows desktop application previously sold from this page. It is now a legacy product and is no longer the platform we develop.
The Ranking Factory V3 is the current product: a hosted platform you sign in to from any browser, with nothing to install. It is built around a different job — measuring whether AI search engines name and cite your business, finding the evidence gaps behind those answers, publishing evidence to your own properties, and re-measuring to see whether it landed.
The Ranking Factory is a product of The Ranking Store LLC. This site remains the parent company’s home; the V3 platform lives at therankingfactory.com.
Already own Ranking Factory Revolution v2? There is a discount code for existing v2 licence holders moving to V3. Email [email protected] and we will send it to you.
