Link Building Methods

Link Building Methods

Where we begin

When a question about links reaches us, we don’t start with a tactic. We start with our own written material. The Ranking Store keeps a Help Guide, a blog and training videos from our developer, Chris, at coderchris.training. The Help Guide is built step by step: it opens by directing someone to open Gsite Factory, or another TRS software they want to reauthorize, and continues from there. If an answer already exists in something we have published, it does not need to be improvised again.

Tools kept separate

Our tools are set out on our Our Softwares page — AI Factory, Backlink Factory, Calendar Stacker Factory, GMB Mega Poster, GMB POI Factory, Google Sites Factory, Leads Factory, Mega Cloud Factory and Ranking Factory Revolution v2 — alongside our courses G-Sites Launch, Authority Quad Pro and Calendar Cash. Backlink Factory has its own page. Because the tools are separate, the instructions are separate too, and we keep them that way so a reader can follow a single thread from start to finish.

The order we follow

Whether we are writing for the blog or for the Help Guide, the order is the same. Name what the reader is trying to do. Open the software concerned. Follow the steps as written. Note where the steps stop being obvious, and fix that. Our blogging guidance makes the same point about articles: a captivating title, then a structure that carries the reader through the body.

Why we keep it written down

A written step can be re-read, tried against the software and corrected. A spoken answer cannot. That is why the Help Guide exists as a page rather than as a conversation, and why the training videos sit beside it. It also keeps the boundary visible: we would rather leave a question unanswered than invent an answer we have not published.

Someone reading about link building methods will have questions we can speak to and questions we cannot. We can say which of our softwares a task belongs to, show the steps we have published, and point to Backlink Factory’s own page. Beyond that we leave the space empty. If a detail is not in our pages, our videos or our blog, it is not something we have put our name to — and The Ranking Store would rather say less than say something it cannot stand behind.
