Ranking Factory Software Privacy Policy

Google User Data

The Ranking Factory software uses various Google APIs to provide its core functionalities. Specifically, Ranking Factory accesses the following Google user data:

  • Blogger API:
    Ranking Factory uses the Blogger API to allow users to create and manage blogs and blog posts directly within the application. This includes publishing new posts and editing existing content.
  • Google Business Profile API (Business.Manage):
    Ranking Factory uses the Business.Manage API to manage Google Business Profile posts. This allows users to create, edit, and publish posts to their Google Business Profile, helping them manage their online presence.
  • Google Drive API:
    Ranking Factory uses the Google Drive API to help users find file and folder information and upload files to Google Drive. This facilitates the organization and management of documents and media files directly through the application.
  • Google Photos Library API:
    Ranking Factory uses the PhotosLibrary API to create and edit photo albums and to upload photos to Google Photos. This feature allows users to manage their visual content effectively.
  • Google Calendar API:
    Ranking Factory uses the Google Calendar API to create and manage calendars and events. This allows users to schedule, organize, and modify their events within the application.
  • Google Slides API (Presentations):
    Ranking Factory uses the Presentations API to create and edit slide presentations. Users can build and modify slideshows directly through the application, facilitating the creation of professional presentations.
  • YouTube Data API:
    The Ranking Store software uses an API Client that allows you to connect with your YouTube accounts using the YouTube API. The Ranking Store does not collect or store your personal YouTube data. The API allows you to search within your own YouTube accounts for keyword related videos. The data returned is destroyed on closing the software. When you authorise the YouTube API, a token is stored locally on your computer, that allows The Ranking Store software to access and search your YouTube account Videos by Keyword. Authorized access to the YouTube API for any of your accounts can be revoked by visiting the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

Use of Google User Data 

  • Blogger Data:
    The data accessed via the Blogger API is used exclusively for creating, managing, and publishing blog posts. This data is processed locally on the user’s computer and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
  • Google Business Profile Data:
    The data accessed via the Business.Manage API is used solely for managing Google Business Profile posts. This data is also processed locally and is not stored or shared with third parties.
  • Google Drive Data:
    The data accessed via the Google Drive API is used to locate and upload files and folders within the application. The data is processed locally on the user’s computer and is not stored or shared with third parties.
  • Google Photos Library Data:
    The data accessed via the PhotosLibrary API is used for managing photo albums and uploading photos. This data is processed locally and is not stored or shared with third parties.
  • Google Calendar Data:
    The data accessed via the Google Calendar API is used for creating and managing calendars and events within the application. This data is processed locally on the user’s computer and is not stored or shared with third parties.
  • Google Slides Data:
    The data accessed via the Presentations API is used for creating and editing slide presentations. This data is processed locally and is not stored or shared with third parties.
  • YouTube Data:
    The data accessed via the YouTube Data API is used solely for locating and embedding videos in Blogger posts. This data is processed locally and is not stored or shared with third parties.

When you authorise the Google APIs, a token is stored locally on your computer. Authorized access to the Google APIs for any of your accounts can be revoked by visiting the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions 

  • We do not sell Google user data to third-parties.
  • We do not transfers Google user data to third parties for reasons other than providing or improving your application’s functionality.
  • We do not use Google user data for reasons other than providing or improving your application’s functionality.

We confirm that Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.


Calendar Factory Software

Google User Data 

The Calendar Factory software uses an API Client that allows you to connect with your Google accounts using Google APIs. Specifically, Calendar Factory accesses the following Google user data:

  • Google Calendar Data:
    Calendar Factory uses the Google Calendar API to allow users to create and manage calendars and events directly within the application. This includes viewing existing calendars, creating new ones, and scheduling or modifying events.
  • Google Drive Data:
    Calendar Factory uses the Google Drive API to allow users to find and select files stored in their Google Drive to use as attachments in calendar events.

Use of Google User Data

  • Google Calendar Data:
    The data accessed via the Google Calendar API is processed on the user’s computer. It is used solely for the purpose of creating, viewing, and managing calendar events within the application. None of this data is stored on our servers, and it is not shared with third parties.
  • Google Drive Data:
    The data accessed via the Google Drive API is processed locally on the user’s computer. It is used exclusively to locate and attach Drive files to calendar events. This information is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties.

When you authorise the Google APIs, a token is stored locally on your computer. Authorized access to the Google APIs for any of your accounts can be revoked by visiting the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions 

  • We do not sell Google user data to third-parties.

Sites Factory Software

The Sites Factory software uses various Google APIs to provide its core functionalities. Specifically, Sites Factory accesses the following Google user data:

  • Google Calendar Data:
    Calendar Factory uses the Google Calendar API to allow users to create calendars within the application.
  • Google Drive API:
    Sites Factory uses the Google Drive API with two different scopes:
    • The full Drive scope allows the software to see, edit, create, and delete all of the user’s Google Drive files. This is necessary for copying, transferring, renaming, and changing the ownership of Google Sites between accounts.
    • The drive.file scope is used to create Google Documents from within the Sites Factory application.
  • Google Forms API:
    Sites Factory uses the Google Forms API to create Google Forms.

Use of Google User Data

  • Google Calendar Data:
  • The data accessed via the Google Calendar API is used solely for the purpose of creating calendars within the Sites Factory application. This data is processed on the user’s computer and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
  • Google Drive Data:
  • The data accessed via the full Google Drive API scope is necessary for copying, transferring, renaming, and changing ownership of Google Sites between different accounts. This data is processed locally on the user’s computer, ensuring that no data is stored on our servers or shared with third parties. The drive.file scope is specifically used to create Google Documents within the Sites Factory application, and like the full scope, this data is also processed locally without any storage or sharing.
  • Google Forms Data:
  • The data accessed via the Google Forms API is used exclusively for creating Google Forms within the Sites Factory application. This data is processed entirely on the user’s computer and is not stored or shared with third parties.

When you authorise the Google APIs, a token is stored locally on your computer. Authorized access to the Google APIs for any of your accounts can be revoked by visiting the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
