Due to the digital nature of our products and the manual labor involved in our services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy to ensure fairness and sustainability for our business.

1. General No-Refund Policy

By purchasing any product or service from The Ranking Store, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Software Subscriptions

  • Instant Access: Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to our digital software and intellectual property. Therefore, all subscription fees (monthly, annual, or lifetime) are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. If you cancel, you will retain access to the software until the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the cycle.

3. Done-For-You (DFY) Services

  • Resource Allocation: Our DFY services involve manual labor, custom strategy, and the allocation of dedicated team resources. Once an order is placed, these resources are reserved strictly for your project.
  • No Refunds on Services: Fees paid for Done-For-You services, setup fees, and consulting packages are 100% non-refundable, regardless of whether the project has commenced or is in progress.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and a ban from using our services in the future.
